|20 YEARS EXPERIANCE
I have been working on bikes for the last 20 years of my life. I have also learned the machining trade for about 13 years and welding for about 12 years.
I have always taken bikes apart, changed out parts, paint, and chrome. Back in 2000 I broke my first frame that someone else had built. I decided at that time I could build my own frame and could do it better than most frames out on the market. So with no frame building experience and no jig, I set out to build my own soft tail frame.
WIDER RANGE OF SKIILS
Since that time my learning curve has just gotten bigger and bigger. Hey, at that time I didn’t know about frame jigs let alone how to build one. Now, I have not only learned about frame jigs, but have built one of my own that is premier to what is on the market for sale. By doing this, it not only allows me to build better frames, but a wider range of custom one-off frames for customers that are unlike others on the market.
ONE OFF FRAMES
I can build frames for Harley and just about any metric bike out there. Just one of my specialties is being able to take a stock bike – take it apart, as far as needed and start cutting apart the frame so I can start the custom one off modified frame work. From there the bike starts to transform into the new custom chopper look that will have everyone talking about your new ride.
Hellraiser's opinion of the future in the Bike Industry
Well after all that you are probably wondering where Hellraiser Fabrication thinks the bike industry may be heading. With the new EPA laws taking into effect, it is almost impossible to get a custom bike titled – let along insured.
HUGE APPETITE FOR CUSTOM BIKES
In that case, we believe that with all the stock bikes sitting around in the world, and the huge appetite for custom bikes. Shops like Hellraiser that are more than willing to cut up a stock bike and build a chopper out of it – it will start getting more and more popular.
CUTTING UP A STOCK BIKE
You may ask why that would be. Well, it is pretty simple. By cutting up a stock bike – whether it is new or wrecked – it still has stock VIN numbers and title. So, there is no hassle with trying to get a custom bike titled. You still get the custom bike of your dreams, and you can still sell it sooner than the 5 year plan of the EPA.
Hellraiser Fabrication may be known for its cool custom choppers, but we still have much more to offer customers. Aluminum, stainless steel and mild steel welding are all done by the art of TIG welding.
We offer a wide range of fabrication work – from welding or changing on trailers, to custom work on cars or trucks. Even as simple as the making of security bars for building windows and doors – We do it all.
We work on all types of bikes.
This is why the shop motto is:
“Where Dreams Become Reality”
